About Kim

Wild Path Yoga

Wild Path Yoga explores the path less travelled within, a journey of self-discovery. Our time on the mat is a shared practice where I am only the guide. I guide others to reconnect to their true selves, listen to the heart's voice and honour their bodies.

Inspired by nature, I bring elements of the wild into our Yoga classes in Morzine with mindfulness practices and guided meditations. At every opportunity, we take our practice outside. Practising Yoga in nature heightens our present-moment awareness, energizes our soul and brings greater appreciation and love for our planet.

Join me for a journey of self-discovery and mindful Yoga as we deepen our connection to our roots.

My Studies

In 2018 I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga teaching certification with Akasha Yoga Academy in Ubud, Bali, a tropical paradise. Immersed in nature and nestled among the lush green rice paddies, this was where my soul needed to be.

My studies with the incredible teachers of Akasha Yoga Academy have shaped my practice and teachings, following the classical style of authentic breath-based Hatha Yoga, which is mainly influenced by the lineage of Krishnamacharya.

I have been practising Yoga my whole adult life and will forever consider myself an eternal student. On a physical level, Yoga complements my active, outdoorsy lifestyle, increasing strength and flexibility. But Yoga also serves me on a deeper level, enabling me to be more open, focused and at peace and giving me the tools I need to live more mindfully, with compassion for myself, others and the world around me.

Experience the many benefits of Yoga, and discuss your Yoga journey.

Here and now

I live in the stunning mountain town of Morzine and have recently moved to a peaceful area in Montriond with my partner and two sweet kitties. I have lived here for over nine years, initially moving to the valley to live a life closer to nature and enjoy the mountains' tranquillity.

Since nineteen I have lived in France 19 and speak French almost fluently. Although I’ve travelled to explore the wider world, living and teaching in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Austria, France has always been home.

In my spare time, you will usually find me in the mountains, in awe of the beauty and unique details of flora and fauna, or practising my favourite activities; climbing, hiking, snowboarding. There is also a fair chance I’ll be drinking tea with friends and hanging out at home with my cats, Miso and Taco.

Thanks for stopping by! If you would like to know more, practice with me or simply say ‘hi’!

Drop me a message. I look forward to connecting with you.

Much love,

Kim

I came to Yoga to improve my flexibility and strength and to do something for myself and I leave feeling blissed out and like my body’s been worked (in a good way).
There isn’t anyone I wouldn’t recommend the classes to! Always a warm and welcoming environment, great Yoga and variety between classes.
