Group Classes are on pause for the time being, however my Private Yoga Classes are still running. I have some spots available, if you wish to deepen your practice with a one-to-one session.

Yoga for every-body

Our Hatha group Yoga classes are for all levels, beginners or regular practitioners.

Mindful breathing and simple yoga sequences with long holds and deep stretches are at the core of the sessions.

The steady breath flow guides the smooth yoga sequences. 

Suggestions for different posture variations in each class, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you in the moment.

Hello! Thanks for being here.

With over six years of teaching experience, I teach from the heart and aim to provide invigorating and empowering classes.

I consider our time on the mat as a shared practice where I’ms only the guide. I guide people to reconnect to their true selves, to listen to the heart's voice and honour their bodies.

My Hatha group Yoga classes are suitable for everybody and perfect for balancing mind and body while harmonising with nature.
